If necessary, the message "NOTE: -L | --use-syslog=facility not specified, child
processes will log to the default (24)." is displayed once (i.e. the message is not
repeated several times).
The rrdPlugin has been updated so that:
1. there are no undefined symbols
2. a new fix for the rrd_update problem has been added
3. enabling plugin debug rrd_last (it returns the time
of the last update) is now called to track possible rrd_update
bugs.
