Necessary changes for BMS0175 to intop.
intop is not supported
NOTE: This does not change IN ANY WAY the level of (non-)support for intop.
I've always said that I would make the bare minimum # of changes to it so
that it compiled and that the day it takes more than a sed script for that,
it's moving to obsolete. That's all I did - is to change the names of the
constants to match the renamed ones in globals-defines.h.
intop is not supported
