1. (Luca) Remove j_*.html files from cvs (those were old, Border Sniffer
versions)?

4. Audit pbuf.c for missing packet classifications (why Total isn't = on
sent/recvd pages)
5. Limit # of pie slices and # of small slices for readability...
6. RRDPlugin Preferences / Hosts Filter box comes empty as default. But if
you ever put anything in there, it apparently can never be cleared to be
empty again. So to get the same default effect I have placed 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0
there.
7. Release roll - v2.0 -> v2.2 in the .html files
8. ntop.init (rpm) change /root/ntop_parms -> /etc/ntop.conf
Add -L to exec line in ntop.init
9. configure.in/configure - swap lines so seq before & after matches

.... config.h.in
10. p2c table download, parse. Also install the file into /etc
