Try the attached patch - it disabled the feature for HPUX

I checked all files on my machine with
find / -type f exec grep -l NAMESPACE_DTD {} \;
and attached the results.

I took Your test program and checked all .h files named there
for existence and removed the ifdef for existing .h files.
The modified test pgm is attached.
I was not able to reproduce or trigger the problem with the test pgm.

I do not have any special ideas yet.

Do You have more ideas from Your experience ?
