it's almost there. It just lacks the value specified by -m. If you like 
this addition I can easily do that.

Added a new field in About->Configuration that contains the list of local
networks.
Fixed a bug concerning host 'localiness': a host is local if is local to the
interface from which it has been captured or if it matches the -m value.
[ntop uses to match the address also with interfaces != than the one from
which packets are captured].
