Fixed major bug: is the captured packet is longer than the default snaplen (384 bytes)
many decoders believe that the packet has been completely captured whereas just a
portion of it has been really captured (the first 384 bytes) -> buffer overflow.
Minor fix on PPPoE for compiling under Windows
