Log Message:
1. added a 'counters' file
2. added a preliminary version of the 'mip' (Monitored IP Protocols) command.
3. the IP protocol distribution was added to the 'nfinger' command
4. better rendenging of the 'nbultins' command
5. on failure all the extensions now set the tcsh 'status' variable to 1
(no bell anymore)
6. general code cleanup to improve performance and readability in
nsh_printf() and sort_by_xxxx() routines.
