You may have it installed in a non-standard location (or more precisely one
that ntop doesn't find via the normal ld.so.conf).  Use the --with-png-root
and/or --with-png-lib/--with-png-include switches on ./configure to tell
ntop where to find it.

However, ntop seems not to run under RH9, due to the NPTL and glibc 2.3.2
changes.
