Added dynamic support for IP-based protocols. This means that protocols such as
OSPF/IGMP are now handled dynamically. At the moment (this is because I want your
feedback first) I have added "manually" OSPF/IGMP/IPSEC in main.c. If everything seems
to work fine we'll think of adding something similar to -P.
