It's possible to have such mails go through the list automatically with mailman, just because of the string ' n t o p v e r s i o n '?.?' p r o b l e m r e p o r t' as given in the report template. BTW: http://www.ntop.org/needHelp.html does refer to http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=17233 for bug reports, but there is no bugtracking module active, and the feature request module seems to be quite out-of-date ...
