Log Message:
Reworked the logic behind the host purge. Hosts candidated to be purged are sorted
according to the lastSeen field and the top X are purged.
Purging is no longer every 5 minutes but every 2.
This fix should improve the overall performance avoiding ntop to waste memory
for storing hosts that are inactive for a long time.
