Contact the U of Pisa.  All Luca can do is forward your mail to them.
(Search the back traffic for 'Mail list problems' and you'll see you're not
alone).

Periodically, the U seems to block entire 1st and 2nd tier ISPs because some
of their users send spam.

If you're looking at the messages, you'll see the reply codes that you
listed:

> Message from  xxxxxxxx.
> Unable to deliver message to the following
> address(es).
>
> <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>:
> Connected to 131.114.21.12 but sender was rejected.
> Remote host said: 553 5.3.0 You are not allowed
> sending mail to our site.


Some possible contact addresses are [EMAIL PROTECTED] and
[EMAIL PROTECTED]

The 'University computing center' is http://www-serra.unipi.it/home.html -
if you can read Italian (their English pages aren't up yet, and Bablefish
isn't quite the same on names nor technical terms...)
