All ntop is doing is passing through the error from the OpenSSL routine: error:1408F455:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_RECORD:decryption failed or bad record mac at s3_pkt.c(424)
Since it mumbles about ssl3, you might either turn ssl3 off on the browser or enable it in ntop.
