I give in on the NetBIOS vs. IP vs DNS Name issue - sort is
now IP, NetBIOS, DNS NAME. If you want to alter it further,
look at the constants in globals-defines.h
Cleanup sorting of Location (flags) - cmpFctnLocationName - and IP
addresses by adding suitable fallbacks and handling of null values.
Added a completely missing case where clicking on the 'domain' header
was actually sorting by bandwidth, etc.
Field renames to reflect what the really are, fullDomainName ->
dnsDomainValue and dotDomainName -> ip2ccValue. Removed unused
dotDomainIsFallback.
Also, if ntop is run with the debug switch (-K), the 'host' names
will now indicate if they are from sources other than DNS resolution,
via tags such as netbios:00:00:01 [MAC].
