Sure. You can start there.

The big ones are:
pbuf.c - Contains most of the L2/L3 packet capture & parsing routines (Mac, IP, IPX, FC etc.)
session.c - Contains L4 & above parsing (TCP, UDP, IMAP, SCSI etc.)
traffic.c - Contains rtns to do throughput updates etc.
report*.c - Contains most report generation routines
http.c - Web interface routines


You can start here and figure your way around. Happy hacking,
