Removed hi-res counter code:
new stuff/bugs cannot be accepted at this point in time but must be postponed
to 3.1.X
as the code has been frozen for 3.1 release.
Fixed issue when the -f flag was used without -m
Added fix for SMTP decoding (bug reported by [EMAIL PROTECTED])
