RRDtool graph tweaks:
* Add sufficient colors to the rrd bar graphs so that we can handle the
limit (MAX_NUM_ENTRIES).
Bug found by Kenneth Porter [EMAIL PROTECTED]
* Add warnings if we exceed the number of colors defined.
* Add reporting of errors in calls to rrd_graph, but only the 1st 50x
so we don't swamp the log.
