Log Message:
(1) Add ./configure option to enable Jumbo Frame support (9K packets) in ntop.
This adjusts the MTU and the packet length bucket breakpoints. It's set
at ./configure because Jumbo Frames use the same ethertype.
(2) Add adjustment of the MTU size if we detect VLANs. This is done at run
time on a per-interface basis.
(Note, however, that if there is are VLANs on ANY interface, the DLT level
MTU change from 1514 to 1518 affects ALL interfaces).
Thanks to Frank Rizzo <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> for surfacing the Jumbo Frames
issue and testing these patches.
