Read the message again. It's quite clear.

-m (or the --local-subnets long form) must be specified when the -f (or long
form --traffic-dump-file) option is used.

Read the man page on -m

Why? Well, how else can ntop figure out what's local and what's not when
reading a file? Of course you have to tell it...

Subject: [Ntop-dev] **FATAL_ERROR** -m | local-subnets must be specifiedwhen
the -f

Hi,

captured tcpdump data (tcpdump -i hme0 -w /home0/int0Monitor) to file off
interface hme0. I'm trying to follow an example found from an outside site,
that had the same CPU issues we see. As I understand it, this would allow
the restart of ntop and inclusion of data collected, while it was offline.

"#/usr/local/bin/ntop -i hme0 -f /home0/int0Monitor -F "OurNetwork='net 10'"
