Update the auto* tools files to match our versions...
libtool 1.5.6, autoconf 2.59, automake 1.9.2 and aclocal 1.9.2
Specifically...
autotoolsversions - updated per version #s above.
libtools.m4.in and related files (acinclude.m4 and aclocal.m4) are updated to
'serial 47'
(libtools 1.5.6) vs a modified version of 'serial 40'.
config.guess, config.sub, depcomp, install-sh, ltmain.sh, missing and
mkinstalldirs
are updated to current (2005) versions from 2002/2003 ones.
ltconfig is deleted (this was from libtool 1.3.5 and no is longer supported)
This required a minor update to Makefile.am (and Makefile.in generated
from it).
libtool is now the standard 1.5.6 version, vs. 1.3.5 built from ltconfig
The generated files (configure, Makefile.in, myrrd/Makefile.in and
plugins/Makefile.in) are
updated in sync.
