Updates to what I'll be using for 3.2rc2.
Many thanks to Kenneth Porter <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, who
has gently guided me (reluctantly) to cleanup the ntop spec file
from something I found that sort of worked, to something that works
reasonable well...
