Use the new script, ./autoGen.sh - this will gen and run a ./configure compatible with your system.

I made a ./configure and a make. The make exited with this error message: gcc: suppress: No such file or directory gcc: unrecognized option '-bundle' make[3]: *** [.libs/libicmpPlugin.so] Error 1 make[3]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/src/ntop/ntop/plugins' make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/src/ntop/ntop/plugins' make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/src/ntop/ntop' make: *** [all] Error 2 It seems like gcc does not support -bundle and other options. Is there a way to compile ntop without these unsupported gcc options?
