Several minor fixes.
-Q parameter can be used to store dynamic files on devices (e.g. USB pens) that
cannot we written often. Hence -Q instructs ntop to save those dynamic files on
a special directory whereas all the other files (-P) can be saver on a more
permanent storage. This cause --U3 to be removed.
