It looks like Ming is defining some types and macros such that they conflict
with system headers.
I have never compiled n2n for Windows. The only compiler I am aware of that
builds for Windows is VC. It is possible that you can make Ming work by
tweaking
its default include paths to avoid the problematic items.
Luca - any suggestions on a Windows build?
