Dear Jesse,
I just put your content and restart the machine I could
see in my boot.log this statements
FATAL: Module pf_ring not found.
FATAL: Module pf_ring not found.
ethtool: bad command line argument(s).
In addition in my /usr/local/pfring/kernel I have this shell script
#!/bin/sh
echo "BEFORE LOAD INSMOD";
insmod /usr/local/pfring/kernel/pf_ring.ko
echo "AFTER LOAD INSMOD";
where run via this cron
@reboot /usr/local/pfring/kernel/runInsmod.sh -m 2>&1 >>
/var/log/insmod.log . I notice this also not working but when I manually
start it ./runInsmod the pr_ring.ko gets loaded. Thank you.
Regards,
Frwa.
