Hello,

I am trying to do some experimentations with nProbe as part of my university
project but I'm failing to make nProbe dump the flows to the file. It starts up
(nprobe -i lo -P /root/nprobe -V 9), then I locally send some flow records
(through nfreplay - part of nfdump toolset) but when I try to quit the app
(CTRL+C), it fails to create a directory. It says "Permission denied", however,
I am working under root account so that can't be the case. At the end, it says
"Flow file XY is now available" but there's not such a file. Here's the
transcription:

...
18/Jul/2013 15:42:10 [util.c:2586] WARNING: mkdir_p(/root/nprobe/2013):

…

I also tried to use the option --dont-nest-dump-dirs without any difference. Do
you have any ideas what could be the issue here? Using nProbe v.6.13.130715 and
OS Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 6.4.

Thank you.

Adam
