Hi guys,

I think this question is for Luca or Alfredo. I've been testing zsend and I
do not know if it's a bug or not. When I do run zsend with interface set as
an option, program shows help and do nothing. After some testing I checked
that it also expects cluster id to be set (seems to be mandatory). From
zsend help, I expected these two options to be mutually exclusive:

-i <device> Device name (optional: do not specify a device to create a
cluster with a sw queue)
-c <cluster id> Cluster id

Am I correct?

And one last question. pfsend is able to send packets from a pcap file, but
zsend doesn't include this option. Is there any technical constraint that
avoid this feature to be implemented on ZC or may I file a request for this
feature to be added?

Thanks in advance and best regards,
Manuel Polonio

PS: By the way Alfredo, on the second test environment I get a decent 7Gbps
(4 core CPUs with NUMA support) zsend rate. Much better than that poor
1.4Gbps I reported last week on my old test environment.
