Thanks for your interest of my problem.

I found the solution and your two mails help me.

First I have to modify the parameter MAX_NUM_NETWORKS (replace 64 by 128) in
the global_defines.h and recompile ntop.
Second the solution is to start ntop in a script with the parameter
--known-subnets with all the subnets (100)

And I confirm, in the interface (http/https) it's impossible to declare or
modify the list of known subnets.
