Hi Luca, Hi Community, i have a most recent Ubuntu Server (12.0.4, 64 bit) and I compiled "ntop 5.0.1." from the source code. It runs fine so far, fed with packets from a mirrored switch port.
One thing I was eagerly awaiting was the nDPI analyzing ability... if I understood right, it is now part of ntop. But still: 64% of the traffic is tagged as "unknown". Is there a way to combine nDPI and my own protocols file ?
