I have read through the mailing list archives and haven't been able to find an
answer to Ross Walker's problem from March 6, 2013 (see the archives
http://listgateway.unipi.it/pipermail/ntop/2013-March/017153.html) with
defining custom protocols and using Netflow.
I am having the same issue, running nTop 5.0.2, 32-bit compiled svn r6063 using
Ubuntu 10.04. My netflow source is dd-wrt v24-sp2 r19519.
The parameter I used is:
--protocols udp:31601,tcp:31601@uTorrent
However all traffic on that port is reported as Unknown.
Is this parameter supposed to work if you are not capturing device==0? Barring
that, how can one define custom protocols when using a Netflow input?
