Yes, but i think too must be check another instance, or check processes,permissions from users Webserver,See permissions from index.html etc.. Not is a usual Fail. And check this: login.html it on /usr/local/share/ntopng/httpdocs/ (linux Debian) Check it file is present or locate your login.html and investigate. Regards
