nprobe does it. check nprobe help with something like nprobe --help <.. output...> [MySQL DB] --mysql=<host[@port]|unix socket>:<dbname>:<prefix>:<user>:<pw> | Enable MySQL database support configuration --mysql-skip-db-creation | Skip database schema creation <.. output..> Hence, you have just to run nprobe with the specified option in the command line and the probe will save all the flows in a mysql database.
