Colin, The output suggests that you are you trying to start ntopng in HTTPS. Please go through this howto: https://github.com/ntop/ntopng/blob/dev/doc/README.SSL
If that doesn't solve the issue then please enclose: - ntopng configuration file or command-line parameters - exact ntopng startup command You may want to add a -v to the startup command to increase verbosity.
