Trouble building Ntop

I have tried to build the 3rd preview (oct) of ntop 1.3.2 and I get sed
errors, and make failures on the plugins. I do have sed installed....by the
way - this is a stock Redhat 6.2 box on a AMD Athalon CPU.


Any ideas? Anyone else seen this? I can build the final 1.3.1 release just
fine.
