Make sure that:
-You have the temp directory created (don't think it'll run without)
-If you're running non-root (-u), the user must have read/write to this
directory. I haven't come across a good explanation of the properties
needed for the ntop user (I haven't foten mine working yet). I have created
one with no login, shell or password but ntop doesn't like it. Hopefully
I'll be able to doc my setup steps at some point.
