Gentile Sig. Deri, sto sperimentando sulla mia rete aziendale le funzionalit� di ntop v. 1.3.1. Ho avuto buoni risultati su un host redhat linux (kernel 2.2.16), a parte frequenti crash dell'applicazione in modalit� daemon. Il problema � sorto quando l'ho installato sull'host che funge anche da router. L'applicazione termina dopo aver dato il messaggio "initializing" e viene emesso l'errore "socket: Socket type not supported" Ho controllato la configurazione del kernel sulla macchina router e ho verificato che le funzionalit� di router avanzato sono attivate. E' possibile che questo fatto possa causare il crash dell'applicazione? La ringrazio anticipatamente per la cortese attenzione e rimango in attesa di una sua gentile risposta.
