Deinstalled package libpcap 0.4-29.
Get new libpcap 0.6-2 .

Subject: [Ntop] NTOP problem
Hi
I just installed NTOP ver 2.0.0 on my LINUX redhat 7.0 box. I was able to
compile the code without any problems, the problem I am having is that when I
run NTOP and then open up my web browser to retrieve the stats nothing is
there, no data is found. Then I'll go back to the shell screen where NTOP is
running from and when I break out of the listening mode an I notice that no
packets have been received by NTOP? . There are two nic's installed on my
linux box that NTOP is running on. I know for a fact that both nic’s are
working just fine, I can from the shell prompt, ping any device from my Linux
box. I can even run SAMBA and etherape without any problems.
I did install NTOP on another computer and it work great, but not on mine for
some reason. I did notice that when I run NTOP on the one that does works,
it's displaying the MAC address in a continuous loop, while the other is only
displaying info on what sockets it's listening to. Can some please help me
Brian
