Hi, it's been a while. I'm again back on my Ntop project at work and have gotten the CVS version from August 8th. I ran it last night and captured about 12M packets, but after about 9 hours it stopped responding to HTTP gets and the messages displayed were: Unable to accept HTTP(S) request (errno=24) and later unable to create temp. file (/tmp/lsof-xvl79E). I haven't yet found out what caused the HTTP request error, and I'm wondering why it can't create the lsof temp file, other temp files show up in /tmp fine. However, I'm very happy to say that I'm not seeing the CPU hogging issue after 1 hour of runtime anymore. I've reverted to RedHat 7.0 for the time beeing, and once I get these last two issues resolved I'll start testing on 7.1 to see if that issue is still gone. Thanks for any help. -- Dan Colquhoun Information Services Open Text Corporation Voice: 519-888-7111 x2482 Fax: 519-888-0677 _______________________________________________ Ntop mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://listmanager.unipi.it/mailman/listinfo/ntop
