Hi.. I can find plugins directory in the following directory, but when I run the ntop it still giving me "Unable to find the plugins/ directory" why?? Besides, I could not find LsWatch.db, dnsCache.db, hostsInfo.db and ntop.access.log that you told me. What should I do? Can I recommend me which side should I download the proper package for REDHAT linux 7.0??

If not create it. Make sure that the NTop user can read/write the databases.
