That *should* be ok... on my system,

/usr/share/ntop has the .db files:
     LsWatch.db
     addressCache.db
     dnsCache.db
     full_protocol.list
     hostsInfo.db
     html
     logger.db
     ntop.access.log
     ntop_pw.db
     plugins
     protocol.list

/usr/share/ntop/html has About.html, Admin.html and around 40 .gifs
/usr/share/ntop/html/statsicons has two subdirectories:
....flags (211 .gifs)
 and
....os (12 .gifs)

The ones you are missing in your example are those in /usr/share/ntop/html
(specifically mail.gif and printer.gif)

I'm running ntop via this command line:

                /usr/bin/ntop -i $SPYif,$INTERIOR_IF \
                               -w $INTERIORIPADDR:$NTOPPORT \
                               -P /usr/share/ntop \
                               -p /usr/share/ntop/protocol.list \
                               -L \
                               -d \
                               -u ntop

Please:

  1) Check if you have the printer.gif and mail.gif (and other .gifs) in the
same places

  2) Check your command line -
you don't need the -P if you are monitoring the default protocols
you should have the -p (lower case).

(Ntop looks in "." first, then /usr/share/ntop)
