Check the directories you've downloaded from the CVS - maybe you got only a partial
set (do you have enough room on disk?). Regardless, I would have expected an error
during the make of gdchart, however...

Anyway, gdchart changes infrequently. Just copy the directory from a snapshot or the
2.0 released product - it's all the same.

Subject: [Ntop] configure can't locate ../gdchart0.94c in a build from
CVS today

Hello

I receive the following error when trying to build ntop on
an OpenBSD 2.9 system today. Source was retrieved via cvs.

The ../gdchart0.94c directory does exist and I did configure
and make it before I tried to configure ntop. I saw a reference
to some else having this problem, someone replied to use:
--with-gdchart-root=DIR GDChart source tree located in DIR

same error occurs when I explicitly set the path to the dir.

thanks

ERROR below

Step 7. Looking for optional GPLed libraries....

checking for re_search in -lc... (cached) no
checking for gzopen in -lz... (cached) yes
checking for zlib.h... (cached) yes
checking for GDchart (optional package)... not found in ../gdchart0.94c
It looks that you don't have some files needed to use the GDChart library.
Please check the source tree, compile and, optionally, install the
software.
When finished please re-run this program.
