[Ntop] Ntop traffic threshold?

Is anyone aware of an upper limit on the amount of traffic that NTOP can sucessfully handle? (assuming that the hardware is not a limiting factor)  For example, can it handle 100Mbps? 500Mbps? 1Gbps?
