MinGW has some limitations, but I thought that getopt would work. It almost
looks like it is totally ignoring the options...
1. Try ntop -Z
(it should complain that -Z isn't a valid parameter)
2. Try ntop -- -t 3 ...
3. You can download the 2.0.99 source and build it yourself...

The demo on www.ntop.org is 2.0.1, which supports -B:
ntop -B "src or dst 192.168.42.1" -t 5
...

I don't know wrt 2.0... the usual recommendation is to run a more recent
version using the -B parameter.
