Understand that intop is pretty much unsupported. The person who did most of the work doesn't have time for it anymore...
I've put in a few patches along the way, but that was only so it would compile and startup. Basically, you're going to have to do the debug yourself. Look at http://snapshot.ntop.org for instructions on running under gdb, fire it up and trace the failure...
