Probably because it is running in the background. You will have to use the web site
to access the NTOP stats when it is run as a daemon. I could be wrong about this, I
don't use the deamon mode I run it as a service instead, but I am supposing it
provides the same results.

Subject: [Ntop] Not able to make ntop work as a daemon

notp works correctly on terminal mode but if I switch to daemon mode (-d),
it reports "bye bye I'm becoming a daemon..." and then nothing else happens?

Why?

Thank you
Maurizio
