passiveSessions is just that - a table that tracks the passive FTP sessions. You may have a lot of passive FTP traffic.
The constant that sets it is this: ntop.h: 721 #define NUM_SESSION_INFO 128 /* used in util.c */ If you have a lot of FTP passive traffic, you'll need to increase that.
