Nope... ./configure options are ./configure options and runtime are runtime.

There are a few cross-over, usually on their way to being solely one or the
other.

Some run time can be configured via the #define constants in ntop.h, but
that's not really recommended as you would have to make the same mods each
time.

What's wrong with a shell script to run ntop with your desired set of
options?

   i saw ntop has run-time options "-a" and "-P" to store logs
   and data. can these two configured when compiling? i saw
   many directory options with "./configure --help".
   but i don't know which one maps to this...
