Seriously, let's give credit where credit is due. Woodgrain handled it professionally and quickly once they were notified - and even told us they had fixed it! Try getting through at some big company! I looked up the company, checked the 800# directory, called their 800#, was patched over to the IT help desk and from there to the director of IT, Terry Henry. They were already working on it (Thanks Steve - advantage of being in the UK?), and had it fixed a few minutes later. Besides, Luca had already unsubscribe the poor sod... want to bet that EVERYONE in the company now knows about his vacation?
