The constant isn't referenced anymore - grep for it :-)  ntop now scans the file to 
count entries and then malloc()s enough entries.

The other problem is that to eliminate the "empty" columns would require pre-scanning 
the (huge) tables to find out what's populated...

It could be done, but there's a processing implication and also it can cause problems 
for scripts that process the output but don't know the possible set of columns.  Have 
to think on this for a while - what's the feeling from other users?
