Are in, except for a problem w/ acinclude.m4 -- cvs won't take it. For now, copy the file from newconfig/acinclude.m4 -- I won't delete newconfig until things get cleaned up.
The scripts should automatically handle missing depcomp and aclocal. Known issue w/ SOME RedHats which install libpng 1.0.14 ... testing a patch to buildAll.sh now...
